Training Rates

60 min Initial Session - $60

A full 60-minute introduction focused on movement assessment, goal alignment, and setting the foundation for your training plan. This session allows Brenda to understand how you move, what you need most, and how to structure your training moving forward.

30 min Session - $80

Fast structured training designed for efficiency. These sessions focus on targeted strength work, conditioning and progression, making them ideal for clients short on time while maintaining energy for daily life.

60 min Session - $140

A more in-depth training experience with additional time for strength development, movement quality, and recovery. These sessions allow for a deeper focus on skill building, refinement, and mobility.

A Sunnyvale native with over seven years of coaching experience, Brenda has worked with numerous youth athletes, active older adults, and busy professionals.

Her background in competitive swimming and running shaped her discipline, and recovering from two stress fractures taught her the value of patient, intelligent programming—an approach she brings to every client.

Brenda began her career as a swim instructor, where she discovered her love for teaching movement and building confidence through skill development. After earning her NASM personal training certification, she gained experience in gym-based coaching, youth strength and conditioning, and corporate wellness with EXOS at Google.

Across every setting, her approach has remained the same: blending science, thoughtful structure, and continuous education to help people make meaningful, lasting progress.

30 Minute Session - $85

Precise training in half the time.

This session is a quick, concentrated dose of strength and movement work built around your personal goals. We focus on smart, purposeful exercises that create momentum without requiring a long time commitment. Each visit reinforces your foundation, improves coordination, and helps you stay consistent—week after week.

Best for: anyone who wants fast, effective workouts; clients rebuilding strength or routine; busy schedules that benefit from shorter, focused sessions.

Coaching Services

60 Minute Session - $160

A complete and intentional training experience.

In this full-length session, we have the space to train with depth—layering strength work, technique refinement, mobility, and conditioning into one seamless session. Your program unfolds over structured training blocks designed to build resilience, confidence, and long-term results. You’ll leave feeling stronger, aligned, and fully supported.

Best for: clients who want a more comprehensive coaching approach; deeper strength development; and a balanced mix of mobility, conditioning, and skill-focused training.

  • Change doesn’t happen overnight, and 30 days gives us a solid starting point to build momentum, establish habits, and start seeing progress.

    It also helps you stay consistent and fully experience the support and structure of coaching before deciding what’s next.

  • You’ll have access to a coaching app you can use on your phone to keep everything in one place. I’ll guide you in tracking your body’s feedback over time, such as measurements and progress photos, so we can clearly see how things are going.

    This helps me make smart adjustments along the way and keeps you on track to reach your goals.

  • Not at all! Many of my clients start with zero gym experience.

    Your training program will be designed with your experience level in mind, and every workout will include clear instructions, including video demos to guide you through each movement. If you’re ever unsure about your form, you’ll have the option to record yourself right in the app so I can review it and give you personalized feedback.

    You’re never left guessing, and I’ll be here to support and lead you to build confidence in every movement, whether it’s your first time lifting or your hundredth.

  • Nope! I do require some form of nutrition tracking to make sure you’re eating enough to support your goals, but that doesn’t have to mean counting.

    We can use photo logging, hand portions, habit tracking, or simple meal templates. Whatever fits your lifestyle best.

  • Payment is taken monthly.

  • Yes! I can customize your workouts based on whatever equipment you have. Whether it’s a full garage gym or just a set of dumbbells and resistance bands. Your program will be tailored to your space, gear, and goals.
