You’ll have access to a coaching app you can use on your phone to keep everything in one place. I’ll guide you in tracking your body’s feedback over time, such as measurements and progress photos, so we can clearly see how things are going.

Not at all! Many of my clients start with zero gym experience.
Your training program will be designed with your experience level in mind, and every workout will include clear instructions, including video demos to guide you through each movement. If you’re ever unsure about your form, you’ll have the option to record yourself right in the app so I can review it and give you personalized feedback.
You’re never left guessing, and I’ll be here to support and lead you to build confidence in every movement, whether it’s your first time lifting or your hundredth.

Nope! I do require some form of nutrition tracking to make sure you’re eating enough to support your goals, but that doesn’t have to mean counting.
We can use photo logging, hand portions, habit tracking, or simple meal templates. Whatever fits your lifestyle best.

Yes! I can customize your workouts based on whatever equipment you have. Whether it’s a full garage gym or just a set of dumbbells and resistance bands. Your program will be tailored to your space, gear, and goals.
